Terms of Service

1. Subject and acceptance

These Terms govern the use of Eurica (hereinafter “the app” or “the Service”), provided by Lorenzo Piccolo, a private individual based in Italy (“the provider”). By registering for the Service, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Eurica is a tool for planning personal trips. It lets you organize day-by-day itineraries, manage stops and activities, attach tickets and documents, view stops on a map, and share trips with other registered users.

The Service is provided “as is.” We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service — in whole or in part — at any time.

3. Registration and account

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law, these Terms, and good faith. In particular, you may not:

5. User content

You retain all rights to the content you upload (text, images, PDFs, documents). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing you the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for its lawfulness.

Eurica is meant for tickets, boarding passes, booking confirmations and travel insurance. It is not designed to store identity documents (passports, ID cards, driving licences). The app warns you when a file looks like one and lets you decide; if you upload it anyway, you do so at your own risk, and it receives no protection beyond what the Privacy Policy describes.

6. Sharing trips

When you share a trip with other users, they can view (and, if you grant them editor permission, edit) that trip’s itinerary. Attached files (ticket PDFs and documents) are not shared with viewers unless you switch on “Share attached files with viewers” for that trip; editors always see them. Invite links expire after 30 days and can be revoked from the trip’s sharing panel. Until a link is revoked or expires, anyone who has it can join the trip with the permission you chose, so treat links as you would treat the content itself. Access for a person can be revoked at any time from the same panel. The trip owner can lock a single file so that only they can open it.

Ticket PDFs attached to a stop are deleted automatically 60 days after the trip’s end date, as described in the Privacy Policy. The app shows the deletion date in advance; keep your own copy of anything you need after the trip.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for:

Keep independent copies of critical travel documents (tickets, reservations) and do not rely solely on the Service. The provider has no security certification and the Service is not audited by third parties.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your profile settings; this deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The provider may suspend or close your account in case of a breach of these Terms, and will notify you by email.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute regarding the interpretation, performance, or termination of these Terms, exclusive jurisdiction will lie with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where applicable; otherwise, the court of the provider's place of residence.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. In case of material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Contact

For any questions about these Terms, you can write to lorenzopikkolo@gmail.com.
