Plan the trip with whoever is coming
Share a trip by email or with an invite link, either to look at or to edit. The people you invite see the same days, the same stops and the same map you do — not a copy, not an export. Free, with no trial and no card.
Two roles, and the difference is real
| Can view | Can edit | |
|---|---|---|
| See the days, stops and times | Yes | Yes |
| See the map and the walking times | Yes | Yes |
| Add, move or delete a stop | No | Yes |
| See the ticket PDFs and documents | Only if you turn file sharing on | Yes |
Most people you travel with want the first two rows and nothing else: they want to know what time you are leaving, not to rearrange Tuesday. Can view is the one to reach for by default.
Ticket PDFs and documents stay private to you and editors
Files are a separate decision
Sharing the plan and sharing the paperwork are not the same thing, so Eurica does not treat them as one. Invite someone and they get the itinerary. The ticket PDFs and the trip documents stay with you and your editors until you turn file sharing on for that trip.
Whatever you keep in Always with you — passport, insurance — is never shared by a trip. It does not belong to a trip in the first place.
Editing together, without stepping on each other
Two editors work on the same trip, and the change one makes is the trip the other opens. There is no merge step and no copy to reconcile, because there is only one trip.
Being honest about the limit: Eurica does not show you a live cursor of someone else dragging a stop. If you are both rearranging the same afternoon at the same minute, the last save is the one that stands. In practice people split the days and it never comes up.
An invite link with a leash on it
A link is the easy way to get someone in, and the easy way to lose control of who has it. So an invite link carries its own limits: how many times it can be used, when it expires, and whether it lets someone view or edit. Make one for a single person, or one that stops working on the day you fly home.
Every link is listed, with a label you chose, and deleting it cuts off anyone who has not used it yet.
It is not a social feature
There is no feed, no followers and no profile to fill in. A trip is shared with the people you name, and with nobody else. Take the invite away and their access goes with it.
Questions
Do the people I invite need an account?
Yes, a free one: an invite link has to be redeemed while signed in. The access is then attached to that person, which is what lets you take it away later.
Can I stop sharing a trip?
Yes, at any time, one person at a time. You can also delete an invite link, which stops anyone who has not used it yet. People already let in are removed separately.
Can someone I invited share the trip with someone else?
No. Only the owner invites people.
Will they see my tickets?
Editors do. Viewers do not, unless you turn file sharing on for that trip. Always with you is never shared.
