Eurica Start planning

Keep every ticket and document where the trip is

Eurica holds the PDF of a ticket on the stop it belongs to, the trip’s paperwork in the trip’s own archive, and the things you always carry — passport, insurance, cards — in a place that does not belong to any one trip. Free, with no trial and no card.

The ticket goes on the stop

A museum ticket is only useful at the museum, at 11:00, in a queue, on a phone with one bar of signal. So that is where Eurica puts it: attached to the stop, not filed in a folder named Berlin and not somewhere in your inbox behind a search for the word “confirmation”.

The archive: one pass per stop

Everything with a ticket on it also collects in the trip archive, laid out as passes with the next trip on top. It is the screen for the morning of the flight: what is booked, what is not, and the PDF of each one a tap away.

The ones you always carry

Passport, ID, insurance, vaccination card — these do not belong to a single trip, so they do not live in one. They sit in Always with you, and they are there whichever trip you are looking at.

Tickets do not stay forever, on purpose

This is the part most apps do not tell you, so here it is plainly. A boarding pass has your name and your booking reference on it. A QR ticket is the ticket. Once the trip is over that file has no job left, and keeping it is a risk with no upside.

Sixty days after a trip ends, its ticket PDFs are deleted

Automatically, without asking. The stop stays, and it still says it was booked — Eurica remembers that a file was there, so the card reads “deleted after the trip” rather than pretending you never uploaded one.

Only the ticket PDFs. Trip documents and everything in Always with you stay where they are. You are told the date in advance, both in the archive and on the stop, so there is time to download anything you want to keep.

This trip’s ticket PDFs go on 4 November. Other documents stay. Download what you want to keep.

Who else can see them

Files are treated more carefully than the itinerary. Share a trip and the people you invited see the days and the stops; the ticket PDFs and the documents stay private to you and to editors unless you turn file sharing on for that trip. Viewers still get the whole plan, just not the paperwork.

Files live in private storage and are served through links that expire, not from a public address someone could guess or pass on.

Questions

What kind of files can I attach?

PDFs for tickets on a stop. Trip documents and Always with you take the file as it is, so a scan or a photo works too.

Are my documents really deleted after the trip?

The ticket PDFs are, sixty days after the trip’s end date, automatically. Trip documents and Always with you are not touched. You see the date in advance and can download anything first.

Can the people I share a trip with download my tickets?

Only if you turn file sharing on for that trip, and editors always can. Viewers see the itinerary but not the files.

Can I get to my tickets without signal?

Today’s ones, yes. Opening Live pulls the day’s tickets into memory up front, so they still open at the entrance when there is no signal. They are held in memory only, never written to the device. Anything outside today is fetched when you open it, so download it beforehand.
